Pick the work that fits the life you want. Every track runs the same assessment, the same coaching, the same respect for the process.
The base layer. Squat, hinge, press, pull, carry, condition. Built for members who want to feel strong, durable, and clean again. This is where most people start, regardless of where they think they are heading.
Includes: Block-built strength, conditioning intervals, accessory work, weekly check-ins, quarterly reassessment.
Who it is for: Adults 30-55 who used to be active, want their strength back, and are done guessing.
Built for athletes. Surf, jiu-jitsu, climbing, weekend competitive lifting, masters track. Sport-specific work layered on top of a real strength base. Programmed around your training calendar, not against it.
Includes: Sport-specific blocks, peaking cycles, mobility work, in-season maintenance, video review on request.
Who it is for: Adult athletes who compete or train hard outside the gym and want a coach who respects what the sport asks of them.
For hikers, runners, ruckers, climbers, paddlers. Build the engine and the legs that hold up when the trail gets long. Strength work that supports endurance, not the other way around.
Includes: Aerobic base building, ruck and weighted carry work, single-leg strength, joint durability blocks, event peaking.
Who it is for: Members training for long days outside. San Jacinto, Whitney, marathon, ultra, big walk, big climb.
Coming back from injury, surgery, or a decade off the floor. Quiet, careful, honest work that respects what your body actually has today. We do not rush this one.
Includes: Movement re-patterning, joint-friendly progressions, gradual loading, return-to-training plan, coordination with your PT or surgeon if you have one.
Who it is for: Members rebuilding from a setback, or returning to training after a long break. Honest expectations only.
You do not pick the track on a form. We pick it together, after the assessment, after the conversation, after we know what your body is actually doing.
