Methodology

A private system, in five steps.

This is the part most gyms skip. We do not. Every program in this room runs the same five steps before a single rep gets written.

Step 01

Assessment

One hour. Movement screen, strength test, conditioning piece, joint and injury history. We write down where you actually are, not where you wish you were.

Step 02

Goals Conversation

What you want out of your body, your week, your sport, the next ten years. Honest answers. We get past the easy ones to the real ones.

Step 03

Root Cause

Most people are stuck for a reason that is not the obvious one. Old injury, sleep, stress, a movement pattern they built around twenty years ago. We find it.

Step 04

The Program

Block-built strength and conditioning, written to your body, your week, and your sport. Real progression. Adjusted as the work tells us to adjust.

Step 05

Coaching

You show up. We coach the work. Every set has eyes on it. The program is a contract, not a guess. The standard is consistency.
